Hello

A client has once described working with me as a “brain gym…you go to the gym to work on your physical health, and you come here to work on your emotional health.”  My approach is collaborative and warm, inquisitive and empathic. Every individual coming into services will have different needs–I will work with you to determine the best course of action for therapy or assessments.

I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of behavioral health experience and specialized training in neuropsychological assessments.  I provide evidence-based approaches stemming from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), problem solving therapy (PST), acceptance-commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), dialectical behavior skills training, and mindfulness training.  The specific approach will be determined by the individual client characteristics and goals of the client.
